Study Overview

The City of Glendale, Arizona, in conjunction with the Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG), is working collaboratively with our citizens and businesses to develop an Active Transportation Plan (ATP) --- our future blueprint for a complete and accessible active transportation network that encourages physical activity, emphasizes regional connectivity, is equitable, and provides persons of all ages and abilities with transportation choices.

What is Active Transportation?

Just as roads connect motorists to their destinations, active transportation networks allow the public to travel and connect without the use of a car.
